This hotel is a great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location near the university area is perfect for students or visitors who want to explore the city. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms, although small, come with a kitchen instead of traditional hotel rooms, which is a nice touch. Additionally, the breakfast offered is delicious and adds to the overall positive experience.
I had a satisfactory stay and couldn't find any major issues.

The location of the guesthouse near the university area was a big plus for me. It made it easy for me to explore the campus and attend my conference. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the surrounding area. The bathroom, although shared, was well-maintained and didn't have any issues like the private ones. The communication with the host was quick and I appreciated the friendly staff. the stay was pleasant and hassle-free.
The noise insulation of the rooms could be better, as I could hear noises from outside and other rooms at times.

Well-equipped and clean guesthouse. Convenient location near metro and supermarket. Helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful building and modern facilities. Comfortable beds and good blinds. Fully equipped shared kitchen and clean bathrooms. Fast and smooth check-in process. Great value for the price.

One of the best aspects of this hotel was its location near the university area, which made it convenient for exploring the vibrant student community. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, with well-maintained rooms and modern, clean bathrooms. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a well-equipped kitchen that had a wide range of cutlery and essentials like sugar, coffee, salt, and oil. On top of that, the staff was friendly and responsive, making communication quick and easy.
